A (1) monthly inspection of the property that includes:
• Custody of keys.
• Exhaustive inspection of the inside of the house:
Ventilation of the property, they open the doors and windows while other works carried out.
We Check the electricity, water and gas (visual and smell)
We flush the toilet and open the taps.
We check for any visual sings of the theft, damage or home occupation.
Check of leaks and losses, humidity, electrical panel and appliances.
Verification of intentional or accidental damage.
Verification of possible damage to enclosures, doors and windows.
We perform and inspection for pests and insects.
Inspection of outdoor facilities (terraces and porches).
3 Extra annual visits, at your request.
Like start-up of boiler and heating before your arrival.
Checking and collection of letters accumulated in the mailbox.
